SHIPPING POLICY

Orders ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact jamie@giustobeauty.com and provide your order confirmation. All orders are shipped from our studio location in San Diego, California. 

-Giusto Beauty is not responsible for a wrong address given on purchase invoice.

-Giusto Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are tracked as "delivered"

- International shipping purchaser is responsible for any and all tariffs that are charged. Shipping fee will be notified and charged before shipping.

RETURN POLICY

-Due to the nature of these products we do not offer any refunds.

-All sales are final.

-Exchanges are only applicable to damaged products reported to use within 10 days of purchase receipt. The product will be replaced with the same as the reported damaged product.
